Meadow Lake Tribal Council is seeking a dynamic motivated individual to fill the full-time term position of Immunization Partnership Fund Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the Immunization Partnership Fund’s Project. You will engage proactively with the team to deliver the project on schedule and quickly resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. This position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with interest in health, project design and leadership.

About you:

You have a technical project management background with excellent communication, prioritization and problem-solving skills. You are at ease working with technology and senior level leaders. You are a self-starter and a collaborative leader.




  • Development and (co)ownership of project documentation such as Scope of Work, Project Plans, Timelines, etc.
  • Proactive management of project risks, anticipating problems in advance, managing upstream
  • Internal management of calendars, timeline and resources: ability to look at and proactively manage the “big picture” across a multiple of projects
  • Facilitate quality assurance reviews for project activities to ensure highest quality deliverables
  • You have a solid understanding of what makes a great video product and have a sharp eye for the details that make up a great video







  • A relevant qualification in project management (Health Sciences graduates Masters of Business Administration (MBA) / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA))
    • Degree or diploma in project management /IT management)
  • 3-4 years relevant experience, including significant project/portfolio management in a complex environment
  • A driver’s license



  • Bachelor of Arts
  • Experience in a local government environment.
  • Contract management experience including contract specification, oversight and monitoring.
  • Experience in the development and management of projects.
  • Relevant immunization or vaccine management qualification.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology is an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of project coordination and management experience


  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design / video editing software
  • Extremely detail oriented and well organized
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Highly motivated with a Can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills
