The Meadow Lake Tribal Council (MLTC) began in 1981 when the First Nations of Northwest Saskatchewan united to form the Meadow Lake District Chiefs Joint Venture. The Meadow Lake District Chiefs became officially known as the Meadow Lake Tribal Council in 1996.

Provides restorative and community based justice services for the 9 Meadow Lake First Nations.
Info-Tech (I.T.)
Provides primary support directly in the member communities, ensuring computer systems function effectively.

The Technical Services Program of Meadow Lake Tribal Council is responsible with assisting development in the Meadow Lake First Nation.
